Specialized System
Make patterns visible,
without judging individuals.
MOBIL maps dynamic spaces — power, order, relationship, innovation — at the line and structure level.
What MOBIL does
MOBIL maps organisational dynamic spaces along four psychodynamic depth logics: power, order, relationship, innovation. These spaces do not describe rigid personality types but recurring orientation and tension patterns at the line and structure level.
Within programmes, interfaces and lines it becomes visible how different dynamic needs meet. Under normal operation they act productively. Under stress, power lines harden, order lines overcontrol, relationship lines avoid conflict, innovation lines become erratic.
The method describes patterns, not individuals. Findings are formulated with restraint — as tension fields that become visible in the line or interface, not as attributes of single actors.
Specialized perspective
- Patterns are read at the line and structure level, not at the individual level.
- Four dynamic spaces form the depth logic: power, order, relationship, innovation.
- Normal and stress dynamics are differentiated.
- Tension fields are formulated with restraint — not attributed.
- The method serves framing, not judgement.
Method · governance approach
MOBIL examines dynamic spaces systemically. Within a programme, tension fields show themselves along the four depth logics — power, order, relationship, innovation. It becomes visible which orientation logics act in which line and where friction forms.
Under stress, these patterns shift. The method separates normal dynamics from stress dynamics — making the difference between self-image and behaviour, intent and effect visible.
Operationally MOBIL works through two methods: cockpit4me Analysis for individual reflection, cockpit4me Team Analysis for the team level. Both work without personality typing.
