Summary for orientation. The legally binding terms (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen) are the German version at /agb/. Where this English summary diverges from the German text, the German version applies. German law is the applicable jurisdiction.

Scope

These terms govern the provision of services by cockpit4me to corporate clients — consulting, decision-support sessions, workshops, programme work, and the use of the CLARA and LISA systems. Services to consumers are not provided.

Engagements

Engagements come into effect through an individual offer and its written acceptance. Scope, fees and timeline are defined per engagement. cockpit4me delivers professional services to the best of its ability — without guaranteeing a specific business outcome.

Decision support

CLARA, LISA and related systems support decisions; they do not replace expert, legal, medical, tax or strategic review. Responsibility for the decision remains with the client or the organisation.

Confidentiality

cockpit4me treats information and content provided by clients as confidential. Disclosure to third parties takes place only with the client's consent or where required by law.

Intellectual property

Frameworks, models, methods, structures and system names of cockpit4me — including CLARA, LISA, MOBIL and NORA — remain the intellectual property of cockpit4me e.K. Reproduction, processing, distribution and any exploitation beyond agreed engagement use require prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

Liability is limited as set out in the German AGB. Statutory liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected, as does liability under the Product Liability Act.

Governing law and venue

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is, where legally permissible, the registered office of cockpit4me e.K.
